Who is Whirled Tree?
Carolyn Crotty, ATR, LCMHC, RYT
Whirled Tree Arts Founder
Burlington, Vermont
Carolyn provides Whirled Tree services in and around Burlington, Vermont. She has had a life long love affair with artistic expression and from her first crayon scribbles on walls to her current pursuits on canvas, she has always known in her heart that creative expression is magical.
In her 10 plus years experience in art education and art therapy, Carolyn has had the pleasure of bringing that magic into the lives of young and old. She has humbly witnessed the healing powers of art making and believes wholeheartedly that a world in which we create things together is a world in which we can all feel safe and proud to live in.
In 2016, Carolyn acquired her 200 hour yoga teaching certification under the instruction of John McConnell at the UVM Campus Recreation Yoga School. After 12 years of practicing yoga in her own time, she is excited to incorporate the benefits of this ancient practice into the creative and therapeutic offerings at Whirled Tree Arts.
