Art Therapy Assessment Intensives in Vermont and Massachusetts

Do you want to fast track your therapy and gain a deeper understanding of yourself?

Art Therapy Assessments offered in 2-hour intensive sessions can be a supplement to your ongoing therapy and can help you better understand:

  • conscious and subconscious thoughts and feelings

  • how you see the world

  • how you see yourself

  • how you approach problem solving

  • your family of origin and your place in it

Art therapy assessments can help assess for depression, anxiety and trauma, and can be useful in identifying strengths and challenges to better inform treatment planning.

Art therapy assessments performed at the beginning, middle and end of therapy can help assess progress, growth and change in regard to treatment goals and outcomes.

Prompts may include, “draw yourself as a flower”, “draw a person picking fruit from a tree”, “draw yourself as an island”, etc.

How much does it cost?

  • $400 for a 2-hour session

  • for minor children an additional $300 for 1-hour consult session with the parent or caregiver before the session and 30-minute debrief after the session.

  • $165 if you desire a write up of the assessment results for your records.
